The appeal procedure and its implementation in Turkish administrative judiciary

The legislator has enacted the appeal law in the administrative judiciary with the Law No. 6545. In our work, we have made arrangements to examine the regulations concerning the way of appeal law and to consider the applicability of the appeal procedure in terms of administrative jurisdiction so that it can meet the expected benefit from the appeal proceedings. In this context, it is emphasized which decisions will be subject to the appeal procedure, how the district administrative courts will judge the appeal proceedings and which decisions will be subject to appeal, and which decisions will be finalized.
