The effects of workplace life quality on the job satisfaction of the employees: A research about private high schools

Work life of quality, employee in order to be motivated to obtain a positive result for the purposes of business and in this way an element which is an important contribution for improvement of their performance and job satisfaction. Low by modern standards, low levels of satisfaction of job and work life of quality of work which is involved in running a business effectively and efficiently. Therefore the managers of the organization, work life of quality and satisfaction of job on the employees and identify priority issues that will raise their quality of work life, and to take measures in order to raise the satisfaction required. This analysis of employees, who work in the learning area in Kartal district of Istanbul's determination of the level of work life of quality and job satisfaction, work life of quality and work life of quality of job satisfaction on job satisfaction in general and also the purpose of the connection between the impact was conducted to demonstrate. In the analysis of the research the importance of the work life of quality and satisfaction of job descriptive statistics of the dimensions are presented. In the research, t-test and one-way anova analysis and demographic characteristics of effects on the work life of quality and satisfaction of job were performed. The connection between work life of quality and satisfaction of job factors demonstrated to be in order, Pearson correlation, to analyze the effect on work life of quality and satisfaction of job, multiple regression analyses were conducted. As a result, it was determined that there is an increase in the job satisfaction level of employees of the business location with quality life according to; income level, education level, the workplace, the working conditions, the school facilities, the workload, promotion requirements, business friends, management style and job security. There is an expressive association between work life of quality and satisfaction of job direction it is concluded that the positive factors. The outcome of work life of quality on job satisfaction p<0.01 level were significant.
