In İnciralti region (İzmir) nature-based an agro tourism approach to an urban design project

Agro-tourism in other words, farming tourism is against mass tourism and tourism which is similar to each other in the world, it is a new tourism concept. On the one hand since the 1980s due to increasing negative effects of mass tourism on the natural environment of the giant piles of concrete, all the hotels in the countries on the other hand, all societies into each other's copy of the type of tourism has emerged as an alternative to the concept of tourism. Agro tourism which combining farming and tourism, in creating income and jobs for local people, helps protect the environment and nature and also identified evaluating the folk culture as a way of tourism. Agro tourism model is incorporated into the local life style and local foods. Organized and managed within the village population the phenomenon of tourism. Close to city center, Izmir, and so far it does not lose the texture of the green, in size with 690.9 hectare and due to the proclamation of a tourism area in 1989, which are subject to different scenarios were selected as the study area in Inciralti. The local characteristics of the study area, based on the public expectations and laws related to natural protected areas aims to create a model of Agro tourism. After the determination of the project area, constitute a major input to the model which will be established ''area analysis'' faces to obtain field studies and investigations were carried out in order to meet the expectations of those living in the region. Studies have emerged as a result of the findings obtained after evaluating the results, initially associated with the assumptions (local facilities, public expectations, laws related to natural sites areas and Agro tourism principles).
