Abstract (EN)

In this study, some plant varieties such as basil (Lippia alba), euphorbia (Euphorbia rigida) and Anesthetic properties of herbaceous plants such as rosemary (Salvia rosmarinus) on rainbow goldfish. will be researched and evaluated. Samples for each plant were collected from nature or purchased. and will be dried in the shade in the laboratory environment. Afterwards, the dry plant samples were ground into powder and 100, 200 and 300 g of plant powders will be mixed into 1.5 l of pure water and the plant will be formed after 3 days. Concentrations of 30, 40, 50, 60 and 70 ml/l will be prepared from the extracts and goldfish will be subjected to this concentration. At different concentrations, fainting and recovery times will be determined. This study consisted of 10 samples at each concentration. It will be carried out on 450 goldfish in total. These 3 plants aquaculture studies by investigating the anesthetic effects of samples on goldfish. The effectiveness of its use in applications will be evaluated. No matter what type of fish is used in this study, Ethics committee decision is not required in such studies.
