Abstract (EN)

Limits, reserve and quality distribution of raw material field should be determined for production planning and providing of raw material homogeneity in cement production. For this aim, borehole studies are generally carried out in the field. Firstly, enough number of boreholes is done in the field in view of the fact that performing drill per desired location will not be economic. Afterwards, information of desired point is estimated using borehole data and estimating techniques. Prediction performances of estimating techniques change depend on field properties and used modeling technique. In this study, acceptable data files were obtained by evaluating of 74 boreholes belong to raw material field of Adana cement. Estimating performance of polygon, kriging and fuzzy approach were computed by only the marl thickness data file. Obtained results showed that fuzzy approach performance is the best one. Geostatistics and fuzzy modeling were done and thicknesses were estimated for reserve calculating of choosed field by using modeling parameters and entire data files. Key words: Adana Cement, Fuzzy Approach, Kriging, Thickness Estimating, Rezerve Calculation
