Jingdezhen which called porcelain centre of the world has product white porcelain. Porcelian production at Jianxi in South China started in Song Dynasty( 960-1279 ) with Yingqing wares, continued with semi opac shufu glazed porcelians developed in same time with blue and white porcelians which are started at Yuan Dynasty ( 1280- 1368) in 14th century. In this period they used glaze which content lime and alkali. Chinese used chinastone petutse ( feldspat) and white clay ( kaolin) for product fine and thin porcelian.Blua and white porcelian decorated with cobalt pigment is producted near at 1328. First that wares started to product for empire then they range into country and whole world. Begining at second period of 14th century, underglaze red and monochrome wares start to product at the same time with blue and white wares in Jingdezhen. Big wares usually made by two craftsmen helping one another.Since the Ming period, the composition of the porcelain body has remained 60 per cent chinastone and 40 per cent kaolin. Both materials were traditionally made into brick shapes and mixed together then they sent to craftsman for shaped on turn bench.The story of Jingdezhen porcelain and its export throughout the world is an important chapter in the history of China and a foundation stone of world ceramic art. Jingdezhen porcelain captures the very heart of ceramic history, beginning with the spiritual beauty of Song, the natural essence of Yuan, the immeasurable blue of Ming, the multi-colored romanticism of Qing and the contemporary creations of modern China.
