Abstract (EN)

It is important to determine the level of perception of competence development and compliance with the purpose cabin crews of the research involving cabin crews for the development of competence and adaptation to work that is important in human resources and to see the level of impact on demographics affecting development and adaptation, . The survey was applied to 386 cabin companies which actively worked in civil aviation sector and worked in different companies with minimum 10 years of experience. The content of the questionnaire consists of 43 multiple choice and 10 demographic questions. As a result of the research, cabin crews' perception of competence development and adaptation to work was generally high. Factors determining the level of extraordinary level of perception, such as gender, age and marital status were educational status, working life time, working time in institution and job position. It is seen that the level of development as a status is higher but the level of awareness within the team and communication within the team is low. Literature studies have investigated HR practices in teams and groups or in different sectors, but there is a first working feature in the civil aviation sector in terms of competence development and compliance with cabin crews.
