Abstract (EN)

In this study, four monopoly antenna designs based on me patch elements for different application areas of wireless communication have been realized. In addition to this, new antenna design, production and electromagnetic measurements which can be configured with electronic switch between the curved patch elements have been realized within the scope of the thesis. In the design, corrugated strip conductor structures are used as the basic radiating element. By means of these structures, the long conductive patch elements can be folded into small areas so that electrically small antennas can be obtained. In this design, two separate frequency responses are obtained when the switch position is on and off. The antennas are fed by microstrip line. The design processes and parametric studies of the antenna are carried out with Ansoft HFSS simulator based on finite element method. It was also validated with CST before production. Prototype production of some of these designs has been realized and return loss measurements have been made, simulation and measurement results have been obtained in harmony.
