In this study on condition monitoring of mechanical systems via wireless data acqusition technique, temperature and vibration values on certain places of a prototype machine are read and transferred to a control system via wireless data transfer. This data is evaluated by means of a software in the control center if there is a problem observed in the system or not. For this purpose, one receiver unit and one transmitter unit were prepared. Transmitter unit reads three different temperature values and a vibration value form the mechanical system and convert them to RF signal. The receiver reads the signals sent by the transmitter using signal antenna and transfers them to the control program.The control program is written in Visual Basic programming language and has an interface which plots the data showing the condition of the system on the screen. On the interface, there is a control screen showing the condition of the working system via graphics that show these three temperature values and a vibration value. In case of a problem, necessary warnings appear on the screen and in this way the working condition is controlled continuously.
