Investigations of comparison of different cadastral technical and legislation applications in caadastro

In our contry, beginning from 1925 numbered 658. Renewed law Cadastre Works have been Continued as the technology gave oppurtunuty. Beginning from now, 99 % of Cadastre Works of our country have been completed. For years, there has been no important changes except fort he dedection of ownershipbut in the direction of technique and technological developments, the techniques of arranging maps have been develeoped. Under the ligt of technological development; sheet layouts, calculation techniques and scales, used tools and devices have important cahanges. Cadastre layouts and production techniques developed and varied according to the time. Through years ın the Legislation of Real Estate, Cadastre Laws have changes, there have been different teyps of sheet and measurement methodsand legal applications according to every law. As the demand increases according to our age, ecpectations have been increased. The calculation pressisions started to be insufficent wich are sufficent before. Among periods, administrative problems, technical deficincies and reasons like this and errors have been made so threaders and layouts were worn out. Since that time Cadastre Data and planning of layout, organising of data systems and regular urbanization have great importance. To make regular Urbanization, it is amust for Cadastre Data and registers to be healthy in the next plan, while doing this cadastre Threaders must be renewed. As it is known tos tay tay insufficent because of Cadastre Data, to lose application features and have deficencies. If they do not reflect on the real state of the ground floor, it must be renewed. Renevation Works have been carried out in our country according to the numbered 3402 Cadastr Law 22/a section of law. Although 2859 numbered law is stil in application, since enough yield has not been got, new law is needed to have some arrangements. With the law which is approved in 22 nd February 2005 numbered 5304 Law and numbered 3402 Cadastre Law have some arrangements in need of Cadastre Threadrs. In this study; the errors, insufficinciesand deficincies in Cadasre Works done up to now in our country have been tried to analise Works of Renovation of Cadastre and eimination of technical deficencies are analised both the aspects of law arrangements done in the different dates and put some differencies. And also at the ares which do not need renovation to meet needs " Cadastre Update " or " Cadastre Digitization " great importance was given on these studies. Fort his purpose, The problems of the renovation studies carried out recent years, relevant legislation, thesis on post graduate and docorate the proposals of people who carried out the application have been tried by utilising model applications. After this, within the study of searching the view of " The Second Cadastre " the views were put which involves Renovation of Cadastre and Cadastre Work which will define the enclosure again.
