Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this study is to examine the difficulties, limits and adaptation stages towards balance that female academics face while establishing work-family life balance. The aim of the study is to help us understand the impact of environmental factors on the balance between female academics and their work-family life, and to set an example for similar studies to be carried out in the future. It is also thought that these findings may contribute to universities and relevant institutions developing policies that will support the work-family life balance of female academics. The scope of the research includes Aydın Adnan Menderes University Faculty of Dentistry, Faculty of Education, Faculty of Science, Faculty of Nursing, Faculty of Economics, Faculty of Communication, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Faculty of Engineering, Nazilli Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Faculty of Health Sciences, Söke Faculty of Business Administration, It consists of female academicians working in the Faculty of Sports Sciences, Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Tourism, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Faculty of Agriculture. In the research, data were collected by survey method. In the analysis of the data, survey reliability test, frequency analysis and Chi-Square test were performed with Cronbach's Alpha in the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) 25 package program.
