Success factors of women entrepreneurs: Analyzing the strategies generating differences abstract

The aim of this thesis is to search about the success factors of female entrepreneurs who are running their business in our sample cities. The variables which are considered have a relationship with an entreprise?s performance and are examined in terms of their effects on a entreprise?s performance considering the aim of this study. The performance parameters are accepted as profitability, sales volume, survival and the number of employees. Data gathering method is the questionnaire, which is an quantitative research method according to the related literature. The questionnaire was sent to individual female entrepreneurs and to women related organizations via their e mails. Totally the number of sent questionnaire is 1000. The Survey Monkey, which is commonly being used by academic researchers in UK, was used to prepare and to send the questionnaire. The data was analysed by using SPSS, Survey Monkey and Excel. Due to the structure of questions, chi squaretest and linear regression model were used. Linear regression model provided to establish a linear model between the independent variables and the dependend variables.Key Words: Female Enterprises, Profitability, Survival, Number Of Employees, Sales Volume
