A study regarding to indicate woman underwear end product size

Considering the global economy, it is not possible for the underwear manufacturers to ignore product-body unison. So it is essential for these companies to design products , well-matched with their target customers? body type , to be able to satisfy them and keep the quality level high in this competitive occasionMain propose of this study is to establish bra and panty sizes suitable for Türkish women body measures. Being used the underwear product meausures , gained from this research , by manufacturers is expected to increase the customer satisfaction and provide product-body unison.To gain the datas of research `? Women Body Measures Aimed To Underwear Production?? , developed by Çileroğlu , was followed up. The styles of bra?s and panties were chosen, to be able to establish end product measures , which are believed to test the body measures best. Production templates were prepared by using `?müler?? sawing system for chosen bra and pany styles. 3 prototype sewing processes were made by these templates in indicated body and cap measures. The measures of products , which produced in each process , were corrected by being tested and transformed to suitable product measures. The prototypes were controlled by using evaluation forms. The samples were tested on 80 women , who have the same bra size but different weights ? heights and matched perfectly on them. It was indicated that, gained product measures are different from body and product measures which are used in public markets.Key Words: Underwear, EndProduct Measure, Product Measure, Bra, Panty
