Abstract (EN)
In the process from primitive societies to the present day, women have been involved in all aspects of working life. The female workforce, which was sometimes at a low level, took its place in working life in a more intensive and planned way, especially with the effect of the Industrial Revolution, and the role of women in society increased. As business relations based on women's labor increase, the need for regulatory rules has increased day by day. With the professional inclusion of women in the workforce, the needs for occupational health and safety in the working environment and the protection of family health have emerged. In this study; The application of national and international regulations and protective regulations to ensure the occupational health and safety of women workers and judicial decisions regarding disputes arising from these regulations are discussed. At the same time, national and international regulations in the field of Labor Law and Occupational Health and Safety Law regarding the occupational health and safety of women in the working life were compared and suggestions were developed on controversial issues. With the judicial decisions examined, the conflicts regarding the reflections of the provisions in the legislation in the working life have been handled, and concrete data for future studies have been tried to be obtained.
