Abstract (EN)
Today, we see that the role of women in economical, social and political areas ischanging. Women who undertake an active role also becomes decision-makers. Women whojoined in working life with industrial revolution, by in time passed have been promoted tomanager positions. But the number of women in managing positions are very low at themoment. As the number of educated women increases, the number of women managers alsoincreases.Women managers have to struggle with many of social prejudges. Theobstacles which the women face while becoming manager are highly demotivating for them.But for the international companies, not only the employees? but also the managers?motivations are also very important. In order to become a succesful manager, it is necessary todetermine the factors which are motivating or demotivating.
