Özet (EN)
Comparative Evaluation of effect on aldosteron levels, ACTH, Serum ADH, Koagulation parameters, different liquid treatment brain edema on rats which being composed head trauma and hemorogical shock. Aim: Comparative Evaluation was fixed brain edema on rats which being composed head trauma and hemorogical shock, coagulation parameters, lactate level showing hipoksi, hormones showing hipotalamik hipofizyel stem (ADH,Aldosteron and ACTH) liquid effects giving after trauma. Moreover these liquids was aimed to evaluate effects on traumatik brain fibre as histopatological. Material and Method: 48 Spraque-Dawley kind male rats ,whose weights were between 180-210 gram, were used on this work. 6 experiment groups were composed , every group had 8 rats. After applying head trauma model right after making hemorogical shock by making kateterize vena cava inferior on all rats. After hemorogical shock , %9 serum physiological, ringer lactate, hiperheas and %3 serum physiological were given with the same way.24 hours after trauma, total 48 rats were sacrifize for patological evaluation of wet-dry weight, blood analyse ( aPTT, INR, trombosit fibrinojen, D- dimer , lactate, ADH, ACTH, Aldosteron)and brain fibre (taking of free of damage). Diagnosises: Brain-water rate %9 serum physiological measuring with wet-dry method in ringer group were more low than other group. There were no significant difference from Kaugulation parameters average trombosit numbers in between groups by statistical.Average aPTT time was shorter in Ringer lactate and %9 serum physiological group than trauma group. Minimum INR level was in %9 serum physiological group.D-dimer gradient was fixed more than one rats at control group, but D-dimer gradient was fixed only only one rat in ringer lactate group.Differently from these data ,minimum fibrinojen level was found in hiperheas resusitasion group. Lactate level, which is indication of fibre hipoksi, were lower in hiperheas and ringer lactate group than trauma group.ADH,which was excrete as being reply in lose of liquid at hemorogical shock, was only fixed in hiperheas group as being low. There was no significant difference between groups ACTH levels as statistical.Aldosteron levels were higher in trauma group than other groups. Red nevron hortensia, which was indication of iskemik damage as histopatological, was the lowest in hiperheas group.Edema was the lowest in ringer lactate and %9 serum physiological group.Necrosis which was indication of cell dead, was seen the lowest in hiperheas and %9 serum physiological groups.Hemorrhage was fixed maximum in %3 serum physiological group. Conclusion: :At this work, firstly giving %9 serum physiological or hiperheas (poli(0-2-hidroksietil)) amid and %7.2 sodium chloride in liquid resusitasion to patient was thought to be useful.Nonetheless there was no possible to say which liquid was more transcendent than other. Key Word: Hemorogical shock,Hipertonik salin, Kristabid, Head trauma.
