Editing and reviewin Kholaset al Akwal fi Hadith Ennama al-a'Amalo Beniyat

This research is a study and inquiry for the book "Kholaset Al Akwal fi Hadith ennama Al-A'amalo beniyat" ,written by: Abo Abdullah Mohyeldin Mohammed ibn Solaiman Al-Kafiyeji (died in 879H) The auther has devided his book into three sections, in which he devoted the first section to mention some of the terminology of Hadith Narrators. The second section is to illustrate the above mentioned saying rhetorically and grammatically and to elicit some juristic judgments from the mentioned saying. He also mentioned the differences between juristis' opinions and this has been limited to the Hanafi and Shafi'i school. The third section is a conclusion of research in which he completed the linguistic meanings of the mentioned Hadith. The method of the author (May Allah have mercy on him) in this book has been based on the question-answer technique. (If you say....?/ I would say....) The author neither was a religious fanatic for a certain doctrine or opinion, nor has avoided saying his word of truth, even if the proponderant opinion differs from his Hanafi School's opinion. The difficulty I have confronted while reviewing this great manuscript is that the author did not mention the sources and references from which he derived his research. And when I returned to the sources, I found more than 150 source and reference that we can return to in order to prove what the author said.
