Abstract (EN)
In this study, fungus spores in the Kahramanmaraş atmosphere were collected with Hirst type sampler between January 2014 and December 2015. The taxa and concentrations of the spores in the atmosphere were determined during the year 2014-2015. In addition, the relationship between the detected fungus spores and meteorological factors (temperature, precipitation, humidity and wind) was determined. A total of 181209 s/m3 belonging to Ascomycota divisio, 12 taxa belonging to Basidiomycota divisio, 1 taxa belonging to Oomycota divisio, Myxogastria spores and hyphal fragments were determined in Kahramanmaraş atmosphere in 2014 and 2015. Cladosporium (51,56%), Ustilaginales type spores (18,77%), Alternaria (6,69%), Pucciniales type spores (1,54%) and Agrocybe (1,32%) spores were detected to be dominant in the Kahramanmaraş atmosphere. It has been determined that concentrations of the determined fungus spores showed a strong positive correlation with the average daily temperature, and varying correlations with the daily relative humidity and precipitation amount. In addition, it was found that there is no significant correlation between spores intensity and wind speed. The daily, weekly, monthly, yearly and seasonal values of 1 m3 of aerodynamic quantities of each taxon are given in schedules. It was determined that the relation of spores to meteorological factors and a spore calendar was prepared for Kahramanmaraş atmosphere.
