Abstract (EN)
Obtaining high-quality ready-mixed concrete can be achieved not only with the sampling process to be performed by the concrete user, but also with a comprehensive inspection and evaluation of the entire production process at the production site, from raw material input to production equipment. Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques are one of the most important tools that serve this purpose. In this study; 7-28 days of compressive strength data obtained from a ready mixed concrete plant were analyzed by using SPC methods such as Xbar-S, Cusum, and EWMA (exponential weighted moving average control chart). As a result, it has been seen that statistical process control techniques provide a serious service for quality control processes in ready-mixed concrete plants and constitute a scientific basis for improvements.
