Abstract (EN)
Quality maturity refers, in a qualitative sense, to degree of TQM implementation in an organization.This study setup a model in order to explore organizations which continue activities in manufacturing industry and quality assurance practices, how TQM adoption effects inovation and overall business performance. Model was tested via survey technique on 116 manufacturer enterprises. The results of the analysis show that quality maturity have positive effects on innovation and overall business performance.Key words: Quality maturity, Product and process innovation, Performance
