Abstract (EN)
In this research, it is aimed to show that many quality problems encountered during production, which play an important role in providing competitive advantage and sustainability of enterprises, which closely affect customer satisfaction and production cost, will actually provide an effective improvement as a result of solving only a few of them with accurate data and a good analysis. The application data of the study were obtained from a private construction company. Statistical quality control, gray relational analysis techniques, one of the multi-criteria decision making techniques, were used in the application, which was carried out with one-yeardata. Error soccurring in the company were examined with a blend of Pareto analysis and gray relational analysis techniques, and the error types with the highest rate were examined together with the company officials with the cause and effect diagram. As a result of the research, scientific data was presented to the company about which mistakes should be started first in quality improvement Keywords: Customer Satisfaction, Competitive Advantage, Sustainability, Production Cost
