Quality standards influence on health workers of application: Antalya Education and Research Hospital case

Develop the highest level of quality of patient care in our country, creating a safe environment for patients, minimizing the level of facing the risk of the patient and medical staff, the quality of health improvement and health in order to ensure the continuity of patient safety quality system has been developed. In this study; effects on health personnel in the application of quality standards aimed to investigate the general and theoretical terms. Quality standards for health care workers is the impact on the application of this study consists of three parts. Quality and similar concepts are discussed in the first part of the study. In the second part of the study, quality standards, requirements, applications are discussed theoretically. In the last part of the study, teaching and research hospital in Antalya evaluated and analyzed 300 staff working method that results obtained with survey findings.
