Mentioned this project, solition of cabinet bodypolyurethane space faults has been investigated, meanwhile impovingstudy within this project, it has considered to effect that output ofcabinet body polyurethane leakage and body extended/deformation hasbeen included.As a result of this measurement and the other studies, it hasunderstood that the deformation of the mold?s side walls has causedthe cabinet body extended/deformation problem, than decided to makerevision on polyurethane mold. To prevent polyurethane space fault, ithas decided to make a revision of mold?s heating system. To preventpolyurethane leakage, it has decided to give trainings to workers,working in preassembly line, to reduse the number of worker faults incabinet body assembly process.viiIt is decided to evaluate the project success according to the RTY(Rolled Throughput Yield) rates, collected from one year production,in order to verify the continuity of improvement by getting the ultimateresults.Science Code : 708Key Words : Six Sigma, quality, productivity, coolingPage Number : 171Adviser : Asistance Professor.
