The Sustainability of development and relationship with the human development

ABSTRACT The main feature of development strategies is being concerned with not only economical, but also cultural, sociological and political preferences. Today, the rapid developments that are occured in the technological area, affect these strategies in a great degree. The level of development is connected with the physical capital accumulation of the nations and technological developments which are occured by the higy quality labour force. The structure of the Industry Era, that is based on physical source, give its place to information, during the transition period to Information Era. While the role and importance of science and technology in physical production is increasing, the part of technological innovations increase the quality and the quantity of good and service production, and be the cause of appearing new working areas. Because of this, technological innovations affect the development of the economy, Therefore, they affect the increasing and becoming widespread of the social prosperity level, directly. Realizing the technological innovations by human factor, shows the importance of the human quality from the point of technological development. Thus, the innovations in technology and the improvement in information technologies, make important the development strategies which are based on human and innovations. While transformation is seen and technology and human factors become the most important thing, considering the development concept with new approachs which are based on human and give importance to innovations, instead of traditional approachs which are based on physical capital and consider the technology as an exogenous variable, explains this transformation, better. In addition, the development strategy, that is based on sustainability of innovations, should be based on creative human, should take the innovations as a center and should be acceptable in all social areas. For this reason, it's possible to call this strategy as "Sustainable Innovative Development Strategy". Setting up the national network of Research&Development and all of the activities for expanding the technological capacity will increase the succes of this strategy.
