The satisfaction levels of Syrian refugees residing in camps: The examples of Harran and Akçakale

The main aim of this research is to analyze the difference in the satisfaction levels of Syrian refugees residing inthe container city located in Harran and the tent city located in Akçakale.600 unbiased Syrian refugee samples took part in this research. In the classification the research data. Numeric tables and percentage analysis have been applied. The findings of this research reveals that the satisfaction levels of Syrian refugees residing in Harran Container city are greater than those in Akçakale Tent City. According to the findings of the research the problems have been written and solutions for these problems have been presented in this paper. In this research, the satisfaction levels of the Syrian refugees who have fled the conflict in Syria and reside in refugee camps in Harran and Akçakale districts are analyzed. Also, problems, perceptions and expectations of the refuges are mentioned in this paper. Mostly numeric tables are used for the descriptive conditions. Percentage distributions in samples of the variants and main characteristics of the samples have been obtained. The satisfaction levels of Syrian refugees residing in Harran Container city are greater than those in Akçakale Tent City. Identified problems, problem oriented evaluations and suggestions in the research are aimed to be of the great importance for the authorities in this issue.
