Exami̇nati̇on of healthcare system of state hospi̇tal di̇rectorate general accordi̇ng to uti̇li̇ty of publi̇c

From the beginning of human being health and healthcare services take place in human society as a necessity. Healtcare services is one of the main activities of the governments. Healtcare is a personal as well as social service that government must take a hand it to respect community health. In our country healthcare services are ; educational and experimental hospitals,speciality hospitals, mount and teeth healthcare services, public health centers, family practitioner centers, 112 emergency centers all of them work coordinated with each other even if their working field is different. In the 02.11.2012 Minestry of Health divide healtcare in to two; Preventative Healtcare Department and State Hospitals Directorate General . Since a lot of changes in Healtcare system there is a need for evaluating the health finance, income, hiyerarchy, the effect on private citizens, how to tender the job, employer transfer . This thesis is evaluates the effects of the changes in system ,increment and loss, advantages and disadvantages of the newly genareted healtcare system.
