The study was conducted as a cross-sectional and descriptive study to determine the degree of internal and external customer satisfaction of the employees and patients in the Esenler Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital and Bahçelievler State Hospital who have maternal and maternal births in Istanbul. In the study method 384 people were interviewed face-to-face with indiscriminate sample. In the data, firstly, questions about measuring customer satisfaction were directed to both employees and patients. In the statistics of the data, firstly the reliability was tested and then the scales were evaluated by factor analysis, the distribution of the dependent variables were examined, and in the last section, the degree to which the independent variables determined were affected by internal and external customer satisfaction. The SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) statistical program was used for data testing. As a result of the analyzes, independent variables affecting internal customer satisfaction were occupational, gender and marital status, and independent variable affecting external customer satisfaction was determined as citizenship status. As the development of the mother-friendly practice will naturally contribute to the transformation of both employees and society into a satisfying process, the work carries a unique value.
