Abstract (EN)

Organizations that give health service are the one of the most structurally and functionally complex organizations. Nursing services, medical imaging services and medical secretarial services are closely related to medicine service. Especially medical secretaryship functions as a bridge. Therefore, medical secretaries may be the source of troubles resulting from communication between patients, organization and doctors, or be the first step to quality service. As health human resources, which is one of the important steps that may lead to burnout status of the institution where they work, live, medical secretaries working on this because I experienced so I'm thinking about. The main purpose of this study is to discuss the level of burnout, which is seen in occupational groups that work in dense communication, in medical secretaries who work in Antalya Atatürk State Hospital. Medical secretaries may be in burnout because of working conditions, expectations of the organization, lateral and horizontal communications and their effects on organizational commitment, being in the center of administrator-doctor-patient triangle, accumulating too many adverse conditions.
