Abstract (EN)
It has been concerned that patients waiting and queues of patient for many reasons from the Patient,doktor and the operation of the ystem. By appointment through the MHRS , the examination of patients with hospital outpatient departments remain low in proportion to the ratio of patients with total inspection, the system is not working efficiently and hospitals indicate the presence of an appointment system in the multi-headed. In our country, for the solution of the problem of waiting in hospitals, patients are given particular time period of service by spreading. However, the capacity of public hospitals, the appointment could not meet the demand for health care remains a problem. Patients spends time that has been via phone and internet for days to get an appointment at the beginning of some branches. In our country, improving patient referral system for simple health problems, why engage in secondary and tertiary health institutions is recommended to prevent and improve the effectiveness of MHRS for the problem of public hospitals waiting for the removal and issue of queue, increasing the capacity of health care.
