Organization in public hospitals, management and main problems

Hospitals are very complex organization and there are a number of management and organization problems. Turkey is located within the health system, there are similar problems in public hospitals. Staff problems, financial problems, health care problems arising from the demands of the physical structure problems caused, arising from the division of labor and reconciliation issues, management issues are some of them. The solution of this problem is also seen in hospitals but with a modern management approach is possible with the introduction of managers per job.
