Abstract (EN)

Experienced in the 21st century changes occurred due to the impact of globalization and technological development and innovation activities of the organization structure, management and reflected in the organization process. Therefore Ignoring conscious of management and administration concepts layman of health services by persons supervising and managing research Based on the assumption that the main objective of public hospitals involved knowledge of hospital administrators need to have a professional physician executives and the determination is to be preferred as the ideal hospital management and implementation models in this context. This study consists of four sections made for public hospitals fundamental management problems and ideal hospital management. In the first part of health, health care and hospital concept, in the second part of management, administration and hospital management concepts, descriptive methods and conceptual structure in the third section literature review on the concept of management in public hospitals as part of our research are used. In the fourth part of a public hospital Towards empirical studies of Alanya, which is made public hospital employees. Our research to overcome the fundamental management problems in public hospitals as a result of the ideal hospital management process of recognizing health services and health professionals for the implementation, understanding that can communicate effectively and management training has been observed that professionals need for physician executives.
