Abstract (EN)
This study; which is the cornerstone of today's modern World of working life has dealt the people so workers. The determination of the internal customer satisfaction levels of public employees; They offer quality services, focused on the impact of total quality management in making effective and efficient. The provision of public services of the modern world's priorities of work and the first part of our study on the level of employee satisfaction, total quality concept, these condpart of the public service and employee satisfaction latestchapter in a briefreferenceto the history of the tax administration, the tax Office made with the employees satisfaction survey SPSS.15 Windows Version analyzed, satisfaction levels were examined.
