Analize of efficiency and productivity of public economic enterprises Turkish grain board

The opinions on the subject that an establishment whether it belongs to public or private sectors, will be productive or not, must be supported by sufficient scientific studies. The reason to the dicresing of inefficiency of Turkish Grain Board (TMO) is the macro economic politics developing outside the office. This caused to the office get into debt on an excessive level which destroyed the financial structure and made the office to run its social functions under these conditioans.
