Abstract (EN)
To be successful in life weigh the interest of thought would not be possible with a simple IQ level is attracted emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence, as to maintain a person's life happier and more productive person is a major factor in the social inclusion process. Emotional intelligence and social skills are strong individuals with strong emotional awareness so people are able to control others, sensing the feelings and the people who manage these feelings, both in business are more successful in private life. Emotional intelligence is not strong individuals are experiencing an internal struggle hinders their ability to focus on what they do and conduct are clear idea. This study examines the impact of emotional intelligence anxiety in physicians working in the public and private health sector, in order to show not that is a difference in anxiety levels to compare and employees show that branch of emotional intelligence anxiety over the influence constitutes a significant difference and doctors' anxiety levels accordingly they had been working in the branch they want It is made. Government hospitals in the implementation of the Research Center in Istanbul, constitute private hospitals and doctors who work in different branches Medical Center.
