The private sector employees who are married have higher professional satisfaction degree including promotion than single employees but it is determined that private sector and married employees' professional satisfaction including vested benefits is lower. Also it is found that there is a relationship between marital status and professional satisfaction. However, there isn't any relationship between marital status and personal status.
