This thesis prepared on the civil servant?s performance appraisal andhow this appraisal is to implement in the civil servant payment system. In thefirst chapter of the this thesis, there are some knowledge about performanceappraisal consept and related other subjects. In the second chapter of thethis thesis, there are some knowledge in civil servant payment system aboutcivil servant?s perform appraisal. In the third chapter of the this thesis, thereare some knowledge about payment and performans related payment. In thefourth chapter of the this thesis, the civil servant?s payment system thatimplements in the Turkish public management is scrutunized andperoformance related payments that implements in the Turkish publicmanagement are mentioned. In the this chapter, performance andperformance related payment that Public Management Ground Law?s Draftand Civil Servant?s Draft which scope of the Public Management arescrutinized and mentioned about implementation problems. In the chapter ofconclision, there are some determination about performance related paymentabout implementation on the civil servant?s payment system.
