Abstract (EN)

Competition in a globalized world has changed direction and shape of the fast, convenient, reliable, and timely information has been based on the competitive environment. Emerging technology, social and political structures, norms and expectations of individuals in the public sector where the short and the whole environment is the relationship quickly changing with each passing day . The public sector to improve service quality, and improve employee satisfaction, in order to meet the expectations of individuals of different methods are applied. Customer is the most important institutions today is an important source of existence and that they need for their survival. Change and may differ from the demands and requirements of customers appears to be important elements of the competition. Thus, the changes and differences in the provision of service to their customers and makes it difficult for the desired product. In particular by the launch of new products and services in order to capture the competitive advantage of organizations , to read a broader customer base , or working to create products and services that will reach this audience . In a highly competitive corporate customers in each market to better understand the needs and desires of goods and services based on these needs, and to develop and analyze customers have begun to examine in detail. Although these studies are not easy to be implemented, there is a need to accomplish this fundamental change in organizations. This is a tangible first step in achieving radical change Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy creation. The universe of this study was to Ankara about 2,000 employees, including the administration of the income tax department and the people. Number of samples selected from the stack (2) shall be obtained by applying the formula given. Given the nature of the sample size of the study, 95 % is found with reliability and sensitivity of 5 % appears to be appropriate. Then the required number of samples has been found to be about 244. The implementation phase of the study, 304 of the case study selected by simple random sampling method was used.
