The factors affecting the motivation of working in puplic sector.SAÜ,SEDAŞ and Sakarya City Police Department sample

Motivation,which is taking an important place in public personel management and initially dealt matter is tried as dissertation subject.An effective motivation can increase the dependence of the staff in the company by means of this it can increase efficiency and effectiveness of the company.There are a lot of factors playing role in the efficiency of a company.Among these,several technological and structural factors can be considered.But these can?t supply the company?s efficiency without the factor a man on their ovn.So,thing which is important is the factor of a man in the company. Study is composed of three chapters.In the first chapter,the meaning of the motivation is presented in several coverages and mentioned the importance on people by explaining basic concepts about motivation.Additionally,the nature of man an depending on this motivation theories which are tried to form in time are mentioned.In the second chapter,by explaining the effect of motivation on people,the importance of it in management is emphasized and the subject is confirmed and also it is given that, the information about application manner of motivation in public sector is tried to be given by forming a connection between the structure of civil department and application of motivation.In the last chapter,the effect of motivation on the staff is tried to be assigned by studying with three civil institution(with a empiric study).
