In this study, Cyprinion macrostomus Heckel, 1843 and Garra rufa Heckel, 1843 species of fishes that is living in Kangal (Sivas) Balikli Çermik Thermal Hot Spring with Topardıç Stream (Sivas), heamatologic and natural immune parameters were investigated. In the Cyprinid species of fishes that adapted to living this environment, basic heamatologic and natural immune parameters have been revealed. Also, it has been determined that seasonal differences and different environments affected on this parameters.In two species, amount of RBC and WBC cell that are increasing in Summer and decreasing in Winter. It couldn?t define any differences due to being thermal hot spring. Although, Hb, Hct, monocytes, neutrophyl, phagocytic activity values low in Winter, high in Summer for all of this species in stream, we had not any changes in pools. It couldn?t been finded any differences in both seasonal and environmental about eosinophil cells amount. Lymphocyte and MCV levels for all this species increase in Winter and decrease in Summer in the stream. In case there is no change in thermal spring. Although we establish in MCH value of Cyprinion macrostomus increasing in Winter, decreasing in Summer. It couldn?t any differences in MCHC levels. For MCHC level at Garra rufa,we show that there are no differences in pools, with respect to environment and seasonal.
