The evaluation of developed useful model for qanun instrument and perform style according to expert views

From the past to the present, many zitherists have come and have developed different playing techniques. It has been thought that the perform of these zitherists come to the present day without forgetting and that some of today's zitherists have come to the forefront of the perform. For this reason, it is understood that when we listen to an instrument, we must understand it from the way it is who, even if we don't see it. In order to develop a different accent (plectrum attitude) by the researcher and to implement the perform of the qanun considered, a useful model qanun design was introduced in 2004 and the technique was implemented. Technological expansions have been made since 2004. In this thesis, it is given information about useful model qanun design and technique which is designed differently than traditional qanun instrument, three pieces were performed with useful model qanun design and technique. (Rast Saz Semai/Benli Hasan Ağa, Nihavend Sirto/Göksel Baktagir, Carmen Habanera part /Georges Bizet) . The promotional video recordings of the three works performed were watched by five experts (academicians, Ministry of Culture) who were experts in their fields, in order to obtain the demographic information of the experts, firstly, questions were asked about their personal information, then the research questions were directed according to the structured interview form and the responses were received from the experts. The data obtained in the interviews are presented in table with percentage-frequency values. In the study, it is concluded that the useful model qanun structure and technique have distinct differences from the traditional qanun structure and technique in terms of perform, structural aspect and affective.
