Abstract (EN)

Non-linear time series analysis has been used widely in many areas of science in recent years. Chaos analysis methods are utilized to show the nonlinearity state of the data in the study. Some of these methods are Lyapunov Exponent, Surrogate Data Analysis, Hurst Exponent, Power Spectrum, Correlation Dimension, Mutual Information and False Nearest Neighborhood. In the study 222Rn data belonging to Nurdağı (Gaziantep), Kozan (Adana), Yakapınar (Adana), Osmaniye and Mersin were used on East Anatolian Fault Zone. Statistically consistent results between real values and the predicted value of the data were obtained. The accuracy of the results was confirmed with statistical analyses. In this study, a new perspective for explaining the non-linear behavior of 222Rn concentration from soil was obtained.
