Having lived a long period of expansion after the 2nd World War, capitalismentered a structural crisis by the second half of the 1970s. The crisis caused aserious crisis of debt in the underdeveloped countries. As a solution to the crisis, theneo-liberal capitalist ideology was proposed. But this approach made the crisismore serious.
