Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of the concept of inclusive leadership on employees and companies, to test the relationship between inclusive leadership behavior and the company's business model, and to determine what changes will result in companies. In this aspect, the relationship between theoretically inclusive leadership and the company's business model was first discussed and then put into practice. Inclusive leadership aims to create synergies to achieve goals by strengthening the relationship between employees. The leader provides awareness of the importance of responsibilities by listening to the opinions of the company's employees and assimilating their values. In line with these developments, it is planned to reveal how much interaction can be achieved in the company business model.
