Abstract (EN)
The increase in organic waste along with the increasing food products in the globalizing world poses serious threats to both human health, ecosystem and biodiversity. Hermetia illucens is a popular insect that has come to the fore in recent years because it can feed on organic waste and use the remaining waste as organic fertilizer, poultry feed, biodiesel reproduction, medicine and cosmetics. In the study, white bread, chick feed and human nutrition, which are among the most consumed and produced foods. As a result, the remaining domestic wastes are biologically produced such as egg hatching time, egg hatching rate, larva, prepupa, pupa and lifespan of H. illucens. In addition, life changes were analyzed using the Age-stage two-sex life program. In the experiments, biological parameters were determined as a result of feeding 120 H.illucens eggs separately with white bread, chick feed and domestic waste. The average duration of larvae fed with white bread, chick feed and domestic waste is 32.36 days, 31.89 days and 62.11 days, respectively, while the duration of the prepupa is 10.86 days, 10.32 days and 12.32 days, respectively. The average pupation period was determined as 11.10 days, 10.06 days and 11.24 days for white bread, chick feed and domestic waste, respectively. The average life expectancy of males and females after ingestion of white bread, chick feed and household waste by the adult is 13.27 days, 8.81 days and 8.27 days for female individuals, respectively, and 16.24 days, 11.77 days and 8.83 days for male individuals, respectively. The egg hatching rate is considered to be 15.78% in the release of females fed with white bread, 50.6% in the eggs laid by females fed with chick feed, and 50.5% in the eggs laid by females fed with domestic waste. Egg hatching conditions vary as 3.0, 3.5 and 3.0 days for white bread, chick feed and household waste, respectively. According to the life cycle change, the hereditary reproductive ability (r) for chick feed and household waste compared to white bread is 0.06 day-1, 0.05 day-1, 0.03 day-1, and the increase rate (λ) is 1.06 day-1, 1.05 day-1, respectively. , changes to 1.03 day-1. Net reproductive power (R0) was observed as 63 eggs/generation, 34 eggs/generation and 27 eggs/generation for white bread, chick feed and domestic waste, respectively, while the average fertilization time (T) was 63 days-1, 61 days-1 and 93 days-1 It changes to. The total number of eggs was determined as 7577 for white bread, 4407 for chick feed, and 3329 eggs for H. illucens individuals fed with domestic waste. According to what was obtained from the study, it was determined that life could be completed and production could be continued in all three foods of H. illucens. The results obtained can be kept light by similar processes and reference data can be used.
