Murat ARSLANIn this study, deformation measurements of Tarsus / Karadiken quarryslopes were performed for a duration ten months. The horizontaldeformation measurements of the slopes and the results were examined.Maximum horizontal movements are observed at the northern and thenortheastern slopes of the mine. At these sides of the mine, especially at theobservation point located between the first and the fifth benches, thehorizontal movements increase up to 13 cm.Key Words: Geodetic network, Deformation measurement, Open pit,
