Abstract (EN)

These days,people spend most of their time in their workplace. Quality of the time which spent in the workplace is one of the factors that determine the success of both worker and the organization. Another factor which influences success is the relationship between leader and worker. The leader have the characteristics of guide that influences people around her/him, guide, him/her employees and makes them succeed.Therfore, the attitude and behaviour of the leader in the organization is verry essntial. The confidence and peaceful atmosphere that the leader creates within the organization contributes effective and efficent work of the employees. The abitity of leader to approach him/her employees with devation and loyalty, to keep their organizatonal interests superior to their individual interest, allows the employee to adapt the organization and attach more firmly to the work.On the other hand, leader's repressive, selfish and insulting attitude makes the workplace anbearable. These kinds of leaders causes weakening of the commitment, decreasing the productrurty of the employee and in the long term quting the job.These behaviors which we can quality as dark leadership attitudes affect many employees' work life. Although we encounter dark leaders frequently in bussiness life, it has not taken part in literature enough . This study aims to approach leadership in adifferent way and explain the darkness of the leader through the sense of.In this study, six dimensions of employee dark leadership were defined and a dark leadership scale was developed through poception of employee.
