Abstract (EN)
In this study, the effect of C-black/oil and C-black/filler ratio on the physico-mechanical properties of ethylene-propylene-dien-monomer(EPDM), acrilonitrile-butadiene rubber(NBR) and styrene-butadiene rubber(SBR) were investigated in different vulcanization systems. In order to determine the optimum C-black/oil and C-black/filler ratios that suitable to different request in both sulfur and peroxide curing systems, the amount of C-black has been increased 10 phr for each trail while all the other parameters were kept constant .While mooney viscosity, mooney scorch and rheometer tests were done in semi pruduct step, density, comprassion set, hardness, tensile strenght, elongation at break and crosslinking density tests were done to the final product for each formulation. The tests which has been done to final product , were repeated after aging. Effect of C-black ratio on new bound formation were investigated by FT-IR measurements in ATR mode. Thermal gravimetric analysis were also done to determine the effect of C-black ratio on the thermal properties of vulcanizates. The results have shown that C-black has reinforced effect on physico-mechanical properties of all rubbers. The best improvement effect of C-black was observed for EPDM vulcanizates. Increasing of C-black ratio didn?t have a positive effect on new bond formation but crosslinking densities were increased. Thermal analysis results have shown that breakdown products were decreased at second step. This means that stability of polimer chains were improved due to the increase of C-black ratio. On the other hand degradation began at lower temperatures with increasing C-black ratio for all rubber.
