The aim of this study is to examine decision-making styles, perceived family support and personality as predictors of career indecision. The study group of the research consists of the students of Başkent University Education Faculty (1st and 4th grades). The study group consisted of 443 (373 female, 70 male) participants. In addition to the Voluntary Participation Form in the Research in data collection; Personal Information Form, Five Factor Personality Scale, Career Decision Scale, Decision Making Styles Scale, and Perceived Family Support Scale were used. In addition to the reliability analysis of the measurement tools used in this study, the obtained data were interpreted using normality, independent sample t-test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and stepwise regression analysis in line with the research questions. According to the research findings, perceived family support; It was found that avoidant, dependent, intuitive decision-making styles and agreeableness personality sub-dimension significantly predicted career indecision. On the other hand, spontaneous-spontaneous, rational decision-making styles; neuroticism, openness to experience, extroversion and conscientiousness personality sub-dimensions did not significantly predict career indecision. In addition, while career indecision between genders differed significantly; It was seen that there were no significant differences in career indecision in terms of whether or not to work in the city where they studied after graduation, department and grade level.
