Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is to show how career opportunities within the organization and organizational loyalty affect employees' work performance. This study explains the effects of organizational loyalty and career opportunities within the organization on work performance and possible impacts of these two factors to the corporations and their related managers. The questionnaire which is used for the study has career loyalty scale, organizational commitment scale, work performance scale sections. SPSS is used for regression and correlation analyses in order understand the relationship between work performance, career loyalty and organizational commitment. Results of the study determines that there is a positive and statistically significant relationship between work performance, career loyalty and organizational commitment. Regression analysis shows that organizational loyalty has a bigger effect on work performance comparing to career. Employers should provide career opportunities to employees and engage in activities to increase organizational commitmentand opportunities. The conditions in the market are an important factor in ensuring that employees are provided with opportunities that are above the continuity in the institutions they are affiliated with. Companies investing in the factors will lead to positive results in terms of long-term quality of workmanship and to increase their productivity in the run.
