Concept fields of the vocabulary of mixed-language Qur'an translation

Vocabulary studies and lexicography tradition have an important place in the historical development of the Turkish language. The dictionary, which started with Divânu Lugâti't-Türk, has diversified and changed over time according to the needs of the language and society, as in the vocabulary studies, conceptual field dictionaries and studies. Although dictionaries and dictionaries have been prepared according to conceptual fields in various languages since ancient times, they tend to increase with the studies carried out in recent years, although they are interrupted from time to time in the Turkish language. Although the studies on the concept field and dictionaries have been going on for many years, a concept field study has been carried out on the Mixed Language Qur'an Commentary, which has an important place in the Turkish language, in order to contribute to the deficiency in the field, considering that there is still no concept field dictionary of the Turkish language. The language, social and cultural life and lifestyle of the period were tried to be reflected with the vocabulary of the Qur'anic commentary written in the Kipchak, Chagatai and Oghuz dialects, which was discussed in Mehmet Vefa Nalbant's Mixed Language Qur'an Commentary. Thesis; After the information given about the concept, concept area and dictionaries, it consists of the classification and index part of the concept areas created by using the vocabulary of the book called Mixed Language Qur'an Tafsiri (With Chagatay, Oghuz and Kipchak Dialects). The conceptual fields of the vocabulary in the Mixed Language Qur'an Commentary, which was written under the influence of Chagatai, Oghuz and Kipchak Turkish, form the basis of the thesis. It has been tried to contribute to the vocabulary studies with the dictionary created by determining the concept area of around 3500 words in the mentioned study.
